Buckland Hills Mall, which has been renamed The Shoppes at Buckland Hills, is a smaller, two level mall located in the heart of the Manchester area of Connecticut. Just off of Interstate 84 and just east of Interstate 291, Buckland Hills Mall is located in central Connecticut, just east of Hartford. Smaller than Connecticut Post Mall with its 150 stores, Buckland Hills Mall makes up for it by providing extra services for shoppers. The Shoppes at Buckland Hills offers an assortment of new services and family-friendly amenities such as a children's soft play area, family restrooms, diaper changing facilities and a nursing room. For the young and the young at heart, the shopping experience comes complete with a circus-themed carousel located in the food court. Buckland Hills Mall's hours of operations are from 10 am to 9:30 pm Monday through Saturday and from 11 am to 6 pm on Sundays.

 

Buckland Hills Mall is anchored by Dick's Clothing & Sporting Goods, Filene's Furniture, JCPenney and Sears, Buckland Hills Mall has 21 shops for women's fashions, including B. Moss Clothing Company, Abercrombie & Fitch and Charlotte Russe. There are also 13 shops for men's fashion, including Against All Odds, Hollister Co. and Wilson's Leather, and 7 stores for kid's clothes, including Children's Place, Gymboree and Limited Too. Buckland Hills Mall also has 7 shops for books, cards and gifts, 12 shops for bath and beauty, including Regis Hairstylists and Bath & Body Works. There are also 5 shops for housewares and home furnishings, 11 jewelry shops and 6 stores for music, books and entertainment.

Buckland Hills Mall has a great selection of restaurants, eateries and specialty food shops. In their food court, they have 13 counter style restaurants for a quick bite, including Sarku Japan, Sbarro's and Subway as well as 4 full-service restaurants for a more relaxed meal, including Hops, Friendly's and Vinny T's of Boston.
