Crystal Mall is located at 850 Hartford Turnpike in Waterford, Connecticut. There is easy access to Crystal Mall from Interstate Highway 95, Exit 82, at the intersection of Route 85. Shopping hours at Crystal Mall are Monday through Saturday, from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm, and Sunday, from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, with extended holiday hours.
Crystal Mall has over 130 retailers, with four large department stores, Filene’s, JC Penney, Macy’s East, and Sears, as well as 29 stores for men, women, and children’s apparel. There are four shops with accessories, eight card and book stores, such as Noah’s Collectors Gallery and Things Remembered; 11 shops with health, bath, and beauty products; and eight jewelers. In addition, Crystal Mall has five stores for home furnishings and housewares; 18 shops with electronics, music, and video, such as EB Games, Brookstone, and GameStop, and 10 shoe stores, including Spring and Journeys. There a number of specialty stores at Crystal Mall, such as Airbrush Works, Olive Wood Art, and Portraits by Chen, as well as stores with sporting goods, eyewear, and photography.
Crystal Mall has nine restaurants with counter service for quick meals and snacks, such as D’Angelo Sandwich Shop and South Philly Steak and Fries. There are two restaurants with full-service dining, as well, including Charley’s Eating and Drinking Saloon for a large variety of pasta, Mexican, and seafood and the Olive Garden for genuine Italian specialties.
